The students of National Homeopathic College today protested against the administration of the college. More than 50 per cent students of first year and 100 percent of third year students have received supplementary in their annual examinations, this year. The results were declared by the Bhim Rao Ambedkar Agra University on Thursday morning.
Raising objection on the same, the students alleged that the standard of teaching is very bad in the college. despite that they had prepared well for the exam and in no case they should be getting a supplementary in their exam.
Moreover, they claimed that many students who have taken admission in the five and half year BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine System) course here are meritorius students who had acquired top ranks in CPMT (combined Pre-medical test).
Some of the students, on condition of anonymity, even said the principal had told them that he has no information regarding results. But the fact is that the University is supposed to announce the results only after the college principal.
Meanwhile, the college administration blames the University of discrepancy. Talking to Express Newsline, Principal B N Singh said, ‘‘there is some problem with the result of the third year students. I have spoken to the university administration to check into the matter.’’ However, for the first year students, he said this is possible but again blamed the University for the same
